Make a privacy request

You don’t need an account. Fill this in and we answer within 30 days — the strictest deadline any privacy law sets us, applied to everyone, wherever you live.

  • Send me a copy of my data: Everything we hold about you, as JSON and CSV files you can open or move elsewhere.
  • Correct something that is wrong: Tell us what is wrong and what it should say.
  • Delete my data: We remove you from our records. Orders are kept for tax and accounting, with your name, email, phone and street address stripped out — read the note below before you ask.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing: Takes effect at once and needs no identity check. The one-click control is faster.

If you don’t have an account, help us find you

An order number plus the ZIP code it was billed to is enough to confirm it’s your record. We’ll never ask you for a photo of a driving license or a passport.

For a correction, tell us what’s wrong and what it should say. Otherwise leave it blank.

Before you ask us to delete

We remove your name, email, phone number, addresses, saved payment methods, uploaded photos and support attachments, and your login stops working.

We’re legally required to keep the record of what we sold you for tax and accounting. Those records survive, but they no longer identify you: what remains is the order number, the items, the amounts and tax, the city, state and ZIP the order shipped to, and the dates. The city, state and ZIP are what justify the tax we charged. We keep those for 7 years from the order date and then delete them.

We also keep a one-way scrambled copy of your email address on our do-not-email list, so we can keep honoring your opt-out without keeping your address.
